Objective
The foundation's statutory objective (article 2, paragraph 1 of the statutes) is: to serve the public interest in the fields of welfare, health, education and culture, by promoting social connection, dignity and awareness for the benefit of people who are in a vulnerable position or at risk of being overlooked.
Policy plan in outline

Remuneration policy
Board members receive no remuneration for their work. Out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed only against documented proof, in accordance with article 5 of the statutes. The foundation currently has no employees. Volunteers receive no compensation other than reimbursement of documented expenses.
Activity report
The first reporting year runs from 29 April 2026 to 31 December 2026. The first activity report will be published on this website after 31 December 2026.
Financial accountability
The financial year of the foundation coincides with the calendar year. The first annual accounts and balance sheet will cover the period 29 April 2026 to 31 December 2026 and will be published within six months of the close of the financial year on the Annual Report page.
